The Expand program is for you when you are ready to go deeper. In Expand we work on all the basic elements of Core AND expand who you can be in your primary relationships.
Together, we will explore how to show up stronger for yourself, communicate your truth and invite more intimacy into your relationships. Our focus is to build more confidence, compassion and transparency in the way you navigate your most important relationships as a lover, a parent, a friend or a colleague.
